We have been so busy with BAM Booth:
http://www.bamchicago.com/
and buying selling picking that we have neglected the blog...oops.
Here's what we are bringing this weekend to DANK Haus:

A stunningly restored “century of progress” desk from 1933 with a gracious curved front & bookshelf leg. In the style of Gilbert Rohde with all orginal hardware and great contrasting dark inside finish. The desk is paired with a 1960s Arm Chair by Erik Buch for O.D. Mobler with beautiful original brown leather upholstery.

Desk accessories include: a totally madmen brass desk lamp possibly lightolier in perfect condition with great little dot pattern across the back when lit, a glass globe ’60s light with org green pottery base “holding it up”, another great light in green pottery abstracted shaped and vintage green fiberglass shade, a huge California Pottery orange ashtray with faux wood finish, and finally the best for last—a brass & pottery sculpture from C Jere.

Great Danish-style 1960s Tallboy Lounge Chair in luscious brand-new black square-hatched upholstery. Matching Danish tea/bar cart that folds up for easy storage—great patina on this one. Danish cutting boards & the real deal Dansk Ice Bucket— made in Denmark not Thailand— with original orange liner.

Killer wood here! Alvar Aalto Child Stool redone in chocolate faux snake skin fabric. Made in Denmark Stacking/Nesting Cubes—they combine to form a cube or separate for three tables in solid teak-y goodness. Italian Pitchers, A lucite & wood magazine rack from the 60s, an Elgin Sunburst Danish Wall Clock in teak & brass, and not to be missed, a super-cool wooden bunny rabbit.

Coffee Table by Lane styling by the Danish—minty fresh. Mini Table sized Arco Lamp with real marble & heavy chrome features, a super cool—James Bondsian Eyeball desk lamp by Hamilton Lamp Company & pottery from Haeger, and a 1960s Vintage Western Stoneware Mojave Coffee Carafe with original lid.
